There are different reliabilities in each country’s railway systems. Most countries in the world published statistics show what percentage of their trains arrive “on time”. You might think that a train is “on time” only if it isn’t late. But it isn’t quite that simple. The problem is that, unbelievable as this may sound, there is no consensus on what counts as “on time”. This book is about how many minutes can train be late to be “on time” in 6 different countries.
